Oleksandr Terek

Oleksandr is a Paralegal to the Head of the Commercial Department, bringing a solid foundation in both domestic and international legal practice. He holds an LLB in Law from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, where he developed a specialisation in international and civil law, and an LLM in Corporate Law from University College London (UCL).

Oleksandr began his legal career through a series of internships across various law offices in Ukraine, gaining broad exposure to legal practice from an early stage. He went on to build hands-on experience as a Junior Lawyer in an in-house capacity, developing practical skills across a range of legal disciplines.

His areas of expertise span corporate and commercial law, employment law, civil litigation, and IP and IT law, giving him a versatile profile well-suited to the dynamic demands of modern legal practice.

Since joining Sterling in March 2026, Oleksandr has been contributing to the work of the Commercial Department, supporting matters across his key practice areas and assisting in delivering comprehensive legal solutions for clients.
